Refund Policy

ClearStart is an early-access product. The goal is to help students understand confusing school messages and keep important transition tasks organized.

Refund requests

If something went wrong with your purchase or you could not access the product after paying, contact support and include the email address used at checkout.

When refunds may not be approved

Refunds may not be approved if you changed your mind after using the product, expected ClearStart to replace official college advising, or missed an official school requirement after not checking your portal or school office.
