ClearStart Early Access is a low-cost digital product. Because access is delivered digitally, refunds are limited.

Refund window

If you paid for ClearStart Early Access and the product does not work for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds may be approved if you were charged by mistake, paid twice, or could not access the product due to a technical issue.

When refunds may not be approved

Refunds may not be approved if you changed your mind after using the product, ignored official school instructions, or expected ClearStart to replace official college advising or financial aid support.
