ClearStart policy
Terms of Use
By using ClearStart, you agree to use it as a planning and organization tool for school messages, not as a replacement for your college portal, college staff, financial aid office, housing office, registrar, adviser, or official school instructions.
What ClearStart does
ClearStart can help decode confusing school messages into plain-English tasks, risk labels, next actions, offices to contact, questions to ask, saved tasks, and exports.
Student responsibility
You are responsible for checking your official college portal, official school email, and the correct school office before relying on any deadline, payment instruction, housing step, aid step, registration step, or document requirement.
AI limitations
ClearStart may make mistakes, miss details, misunderstand screenshots, or produce incomplete suggestions. It is designed to help you understand and organize messages, not to make official decisions for you.
Safe use
Do not paste Social Security numbers, student ID numbers, passwords, tax forms, bank details, or full private documents into ClearStart.
Changes
ClearStart may change features, pricing, early access terms, or policies as the product develops.
